Floor 42, share a bottle or two! Thanks to Wingman for the can. Almost opaque dark brown beer, good yellowish tan head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine carbonation. Dry dark malts, thin cream. Bitter roast and bitter pine. Some fruits underneath. Dry bitter finish. Okay but somewhat harsh.

Good Black IPA. Not usually a style I like. Pours a pure black with a thick, foamy tan head. The nose is citrus and tropical fruit hop heavy with a robust, almost smoky roasted malt. Coffee, dark chocolate and a big roasted malt bitterness. Heavy body, almost no carbonation. Nice BIPA!

July 2017 - Tasting at One Canada Square. Can thanks to Dave. As 'Collective Arts Collective Project: Black IPA', 6.8%. Black with a red hue, foamy dense brown head leaves full lacing. Aroma is papery, cardboard, earthy. Body is light and frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste is again earthy and spice, notes of salt and pine with a dry cardboard finish. Some OK aspects.
