Can sample at a tasting at Lior D’s place. Thanks Tom L. Amber with a white head. Onion, pineapple, some resin and a little mango in the nose, bitter, dry, onion and some tropical fruit puree’ in the mouth. Full body, bitter, skunky finish.

[9154-20170423] Tap. Citrus woody leaf aroma. Hazy, dark orange body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Orange citrus oil and woody resin leaf hops flavour. Medium body. Interesting. (7/3/8/4/15) 3.7

2017-04-23. Hazy dark orange nice foamy off white head. 3+ Aroma of dank leafy green hops. Flavour has big lovely citrus up front, orange and tangerine, resin and green hops grow as it goes. Medium bodied palate soft carbonation. Pretty nice, the dank green notes are not to my own tastes. I prefer the citrus of the flavour. 7/4-5/8/3/16 On tap at BQM, Toronto.

Can from LCBO at parents’ in Ottawa. Hazy orange copper pour with slightly sticky white head. Aroma is dank and resinous with citrus zest and stone fruit - nicely deep (simcoe?). Taste is deep pine resin with some fruity citrus and enough malt to balance without being too sweet. Lasting resin bitterness with some boozy warmth. Really nice DIPA - glad to see Collective Arts trying this style too. Would definitely get again.

Aroma is heavy and leafy with deep mango notes. Citrus oils and dankness. Taste is heavy citrus rind, grapefruit flesh but also sweetness from pineapple and ripe peaches. The bitterness is really heavy and distinct, but not overwhelming, it still manages to even out the sweetness from earlier on, and the distinct pine oil bitterness brings a firm finish to this rather deliscious brew.

Can sample at a tasting at Lior D’s place. Thanks Tom L. Cloudy deep golden with an off-white head. Nice fruity hops aroma, tropical, with a bit of malt. Flavor has some sweetish malt, and nice moderately bitter fruity hops. Medium-bodied.

Can: Poured a cloudy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh floral citrusy notes with light tropical notes and some residual sugar note are also noticeable. Taste is also a mix of light tropical notes with fresh juicy citrusy notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Very enjoyable thought maybe a tad too sweet.

Cannette.
