Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy, some floral, mild crystal malts and floral. Flavour is very similar. Quite non-inspiring and basic bulky thing. Leighton (22823) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 9, 2012
Bottle at home in London, shared with Lyoli after a long day of cleaning, cycling, Kernel and London Fields. Pours cloudy amber with a fine, filmy white head. Nose holds lots of doughy toast. Medium sweet flavor, some toasty cereal, toasty sugar, some toasty dough. Yep. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Mild sweet finish, more of the same toasted malts, toasted dough and cereal, very mild toasted hay bitterness. It’s a fine dark lager. Quite refreshing overall, with very few faults - if any. I like this. harrisoni (19557) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAY 25, 2013
Bottle from Sourced Market, St Pancras, clear mid brown beer with no head. Actually this does taste quite German. Mostly the malt. It’s fine, malts are pretty tasty. No real hop, the bite on the end is more from the carbonation. Drunk watching the Dortmund vs Bayern Champions league final. It’s slightly better than average.
