Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, yeast, fruits and hops. Medium sweet and medium bodied. jstraw (1967) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 1, 2013
Hazy yellow with big, foamy, white head / Dry, hoppy nose of citrus, lemon, banana, and oak? / Medium to full body, somewhat syrupy and thick, but vibrant carbonation, some sweetness but dry, woody, and resinous in the middle, with light bitterness on the finish / Flavors of banana, orange peel, coriander, clove, and straw / Not my taste, these big "hefeweizens", but well done. 17thfloor (2443) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 7, 2012
This is actually very well done. Nice light fruitiness, a bit deceivingly sticky, had no idea it was 9%, seems quite authentic, which isn’t what I thought the Italians did with their brewing... but this is true Belgian.

UPDATED: DEC 8, 2012 Thanks Kate! Pours a light hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is spicy and peppery with a light bready character and some slight citrus. Flavor starts sweet, some honey, maybe a touch of clove and the classic belgian yeast notes, slight gumminess and a strong fruity estery character. Medium body and a soft carbonation. Hazy blonde with a frothy white head and thin lace. Aroma of citrus and hint of clove. Malt, herb flavour with a subtle spicy finish. Malty finish. Surprisingly sweet when warms up. JoeMcPhee (9456) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 10, 2012
Pale cloudy pour - some yeasty chunks are floating around in it; shouldn’t have dislodged the yeast cake. The second pour and it looks like a glass of diarrhea. The nose is lightly peppery and a little bit floral. There’s a touch of spice and a little bit of pear/apple character in the beer. A bit of bubble gum and a softly sweet maltiness. There is a little bit of sweatiness to the beer but also some light mintiness. It’s pleasurable enough, but could be drier. Spab (3969) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 1, 2012
750 ml bottle from Premier Wine and Spirits (Halifax). Pours a cloudy slightly golden straw yellow with lots of floaties and a moderate-sized but lasting white head. Aroma is mild Belgian yeast with fruity and spicy notes. Flavour is sweet and fruity (cooked apples, citrus) with a light spiciness. Alcohol isn’t too strong for 9%. Decent. fiulijn (20993) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 6, 2012
Bottle at Danske Ølentusiasters Ølfestival 2012, Copenhagen
Cloudy pale blond color. Mild aroma of spices, anise. Sweetish flavor, with light anise spiciness and correct bitterness. At least this one is not evidently flawed like most of the other Collesi beers.
