Bottle at Danske Ølentusiasters Ølfestival 2012, Copenhagen
Cloudy pale blond color. Mild aroma of spices, anise. Sweetish flavor, with light anise spiciness and correct bitterness. At least this one is not evidently flawed like most of the other Collesi beers.

Chunky beer. Yellow cloudy colour. Fairly faint aroma, espcially since i was expecting more from the colour. Belgian styled yeast and spice. Flavours are rich in texture but for the style i’m a little bit dispointed.
