Clear medium to dark red brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light roasted, nutty notes, berry notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.

Dark red - brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Odd nose of malt, water chesnuts and dentyne chewing gum. Light dry palate. Sweet dry malt with a trace of spicy bubblegum. Hard sugar candy sweets. Trace of hop fruits. Dry finish with mild alcohol warmth. A tad messy!
