Poured from can BB 11/17 very clear golden colour. No lacing. Very small head. Plenty of carbination, fine bubbles. Nice aroma of fruits, citrus, pine needles. Taste is sour. Not quite to my taste. A bit too sour.

Draught @ Portsea Hotel, Portsea, Vic. Pale straw body, clear, white head. Not much on the nose - bit of grainy malt, bread crust. Medium body, carbonation perhaps a bit high/coarse. Subtle malt on the body, sort of white bread & cracker biscuit sort of malt thing happening - well defined malt character without being OTT. Mild bitterness. Not really my cup of tea, but well made & clean.

KeefOz (1838) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - APR 15, 2016
Tasted 7/4/2016. Poured (from can) a crystal clear golden colour with no head and no lacing. Carbonation medium to high and coarse. Aroma of herbs, floral hops and yeast. Taste of floral hops, malt and slightly sour yeast. Light to medium body. Crisp and refreshing and a bit sour on the finish. A good example of the style.

Australia Day beer #4. 375ml can into shaker. Faint herby floral nose. Hazy pale amber beer with thin white head. Steady stream of bubbles. Medium body, easy drinking.. Floral hops, malt background, a little sourness at the end. Nailed the style! Good Kolsch.

CAN. Pours a see through yellow to gold, minimal crisp head.. Floral to grassy notes on the nose, but subtle.. Pretty much an easy drinking Kolsch, not much flavours or taste bounce at you.. Good crisp finish, minimal bitterness at back end.. Summer beer.. Not as enjoyable off the TAP. CAN sourced Cellarbrations @ Capel
