At Snowy Peaks winery. Pours clear bright gold with a fizzy white head. Tastes like tart cider, light spice, lemon, grassy. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like tart apple, lemon, grassy, and light spice. PartyFowle (954) - - SEP 11, 2015
Bottle. Pale dandelion and perfect clarity. Aroma: mint, black peppercorns, Fuji apple, a bit of mulled character. The flavor is quite unique -- a melange of wintergreen and cilantro, green apple skins, white grape and smooth red apple. Fairly dry, with lingering herbal quality. Really complex, tasty stuff. ajnepple (7338) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - JUN 19, 2015
On tap at Hops & Pie. Pale white gold and clear appearance with a ring of white foam. Aroma of apples, light green hops, mild vanilla and pears. Similar flavor, mild apple juice sweetness with a touch of bitterness and a light dry finish. Light, pretty clean and easy to drink. bigbish (715) - California, USA - JAN 4, 2015
A really nice cider, very smooth, slight sweetness with a touch of hops. Very good. Wish I could get this out east

Tap at Hops and Pie. Light golden. Earthy and sweet nose. Earthy and citrus bitterness that melds into sweet apple. Very nice and quite different than other mediocre, overly sweet, ciders. arminjewell (9727) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - DEC 17, 2013
