This is a phenomenal pear cider. It has a beautiful color and very light taste. Great for summer afternoons. RABinCO (1511) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - MAY 16, 2014
Draft pour. Appearance is clear hay. Apple, pear, grass aroma. Taste is lightly tart, sweet, juice, bit of earthiness. Crispy finish. Not anything great, but nice in that it’s not overly sweet. Taste very fresh and natural. cubs (10740) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - APR 4, 2014
On tap @ Black Bottle. Clear light yellow appearance with no head. Green apple, pear, light spice in the nose. Moderately tart. Somewhat juicy. Tart white fruit. Not all that interesting or flavorful. OK. Ratman197 (15620) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JAN 27, 2014

Clear yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought pear, pear juice, hints of slight tart apple, some acidic malts and vanilla, slight grass, but pretty much all sweet juice notes. Taste is pear juice, apple, slight caramel, finishing with more pear, some acid, very lively carbonation. TheJestersBeer (2431) - SWEDEN - OCT 8, 2013

Clear with a faint straw hue. Aroma has a lot of pear flesh, not much apple (though maybe a touch of Gala). Flavor is fleshy with pear and something like grape skin taking the lead. Finishes semi-dry with a little apple and champagne yeast tones. Ernest (7889) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUN 16, 2013
Bottle. Head is initially very small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is very light yellow (almost colorless). Aroma is notes of rubber, paint thinner, ammonia, hint of apple skin. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter, unclean. Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Another phenolic and fusel drain pour (by far the worst product yet) from this struggling company. Hardly any fruit odor, just chemicals. I really can’t even imagine how anyone would bottle and sell this, as it’s so obviously a ruined batch. The marketing comments on the label are especially unfortunate (stuff about being fussy and having attention to detail).
