Made with a 50/50 blend of Colorado wine grapes and apples. In Spanish Uva = grape, Manzana = apple, we combined them for UVANA. Delicate fruit flavors, a snappy middle and a dry finish with very few bubbles.

Bottle. Virtually no head. Body is very light yellow (almost colorless). Aroma is very light notes of melon rind, vanilla, plastic, ammonia. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Finish is trace sweetness, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation, moderately astringent. About as close to water as a cider gets. Virtually no color or aroma. About all it has in the mouth is some acid and astringency. The word "delicate" in the description is putting it very mildly. Like diluted lemon juice with a bit of ammonia and plastic added.

On tap at Colorado Cider poured a clear yellow with a lingering riung of white bubbles. Aromas of white grapes, apple and light straw. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of apple, straw and white grapes with a crisp dry lingering white grape finish.

Pour thanks to adnielsen. Appearance is very pale and clear, like less bubbly champagne. Flavor is white grapes, and pear mainly. Pretty good.

Bottle @ Greg’s Pussy Palace. Pours a light clear yellow appearance with a bubbly white head. Champagne, white grape, pear, green apple aroma. Tangy, tart, a bit watery, white grape juice, a touch musty flavor. Bleh.

Crystal clear with a faint straw hue. Aroma is very faint but smells a little like green grape skin. Flavor is nice and mild with a dry and tart green grape fleshiness along with mild and calming apple (neither tart or sweet), leading to a bubbly champagne like finish with a little more apple. Not bad.

Draft at Scrumpy’s. Pours clear like water. Very little nose white grape, Riesling. Taste is tart harsh white grape, a little apple juice. Taste like a cheap white wine.
