On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A light fruity herbal nose. The flavor is biscuit, marmalade, tea, fairly fruity and hoppy. Pretty nice. slowrunner77 (11917) - Reno, Nevada, USA - AUG 28, 2014
medium brownish pour. Quite bitter in flavor for the style, otherwise pretty classic ESB. Lightly nutty and malty with enough hop flavor to balance. A little extra bite in the finish."

Sample from firkin at the 6th Annual Rogue Firkin Fest at Green Dragon. Pours a clear copper-orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malt and ripe fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of earthy hops, malt and red fruit. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Draught. Crisp clean flavour and finish. Light bodied, medium head and light lacing. A good bier on a hot day Hophazard (193) - San Francisco, California, USA - FEB 17, 2011
Slight carmel tones. Amber hued with a thin head. Good deal of sweet and spicy hops. Finishes very dry. Carmel malt nicely supports bitterness. Thin and easily drinkable. High on hop flavor for the style, but I prefer it this way. Very sessionable.
