Growler from the Brewery - Everything about this beer is classic oatmeal stout. Nice roasted malt, thick rich mouthfeel finishing slightly dry and chalky. Nothing mind bending but Stumblers comes together with a feeling that is reminisent and well represented.
UPDATED: AUG 6, 2017 Aroma of chocolate, biscuit, soy, and toasted grains. Taste is biscuit, chocolate, toasted malt. Dark brown with a thin, creamy, tan head. Fatehunter (2605) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - NOV 21, 2016

On tap at Columbia River, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out notes of oats and cocoa. Flavour is subtle, with notes of oats upfront and dry cocoa powder. Restrained and well-balanced. Solid stuff. beastiefan2k (4076) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - AUG 27, 2015
22oz bottle. Its a very acidic (not sour) aroma with bitter malts. Flavor is similar with low hops. Pretty easy drinking despite the acidity and the 6.5 abv. The oatmeal does not come through in either the flavor or mouthfeel. It went well with the oysters I was eating. mjg74 (3157) - La Mesa, California, USA - JUL 21, 2015
Bomber from Capital Market. Black in color. Sweet nose with a good deal of roasty maltiness. Chocolate and milk sugar as well. Roasted malt and a touch of sweetness up front. A little thin in the mouthfeel department. Good roasted coffee finish.

Part of a flight at BCS. A murky unappealing kind of brown color with no head. Nose has cacao, coffee and some earthiness with a bit of molasses. Light body and easy drinking for the ABV. Slight watery mouthfeel but some creaminess towards the end as it warms up. Taste is more of the same with the cacao and some nutmeg coming out as well. Not bad. At the brewery. Pours a pure black color with a medium beige head. A big roast and cocoa nose. The flavor is mostly on the sweet side with chocolates, fruit, some bread. Smooth and drinkable. Nice.
