tap at FH, Looks like a raisin sitting in the glass, a big sugary belgian, though the rosemary doesnt come through at all, its dominated by yeast profile and sweetness, not cloying or sticky just puckering almost. coating the tongue. not my fav Dogbrick (13003) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - APR 17, 2013
On draught at 101 Beer Kitchen. Pours a ruddy dark brownish-amber color with a medium foamy light beige head that diminishes slowly. Aroma of roast malt, dark fruit and sweet spice. Medium to full body with flavors of dark malt, raisins, figs and yeast. Rosemary is subtle which is good because I had concerns that it would taste like decroative soap or something. The finish is malty with an earthy, fruity yeast aftertaste. Good all around.
