3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Growler. Pours a dull copper with a frothy off white head. Aroma of grapefruit, biscuit, caramel, grass, light fruits. Taste is of fresh citrus/citrus rind, light spice, bread, and light caramel. Medium body, sweet and bitter, malty throughout, finish is long and bitter. Overall, pretty tasty, fresh and satisfying... a tinge sweet here and there, but really another nice brew from the CBC Hop Odyssey.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Bodega, Columbus OH, March 2010. Hazy amber. Good strong grapefruit and resin hop character throughout. Lots of bitterness. Some sweetness. Firm bitter mouthfeel. Most enjoyable. More like an IPA than an APA.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pint at the tapping party on 3/4/10. Pours clear copper with a medium tan head. Nose is pale malt blended nicely with piney and grapefruity hops. Grapefruit hits your tongue first accompanied with some grass and pine. Malt shows up for a brief second before a lasting bitter finish. Very good pale ale.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft. Pour was golden/orange in color, kinda clear. Was a very good beer to start the night with. Was told CBC will be releasing a new IPA every month, and this was Feb. Fuity hops are the main flavor, very similar to the normal IPA they release, but with a more citrus flavor and a bit more bitter finish. Decent IPA if you are in the Columbus area.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On draught at Bodega after going to CBC and learning it was gone. Released in conjunction with the Arnold Sports Festival, this brew is a mostly clear orange color with a thin and densely foamed light beige head that recedes slowly to an outer ring. Large patches of lacing on the glass. Citrusy hops aroma with some malty notes. Medium body with flavors of hops, citrus and sweet tropical fruits as well as some malt. The finish is hoppy with a lingering citrus aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
