Our IPA pours a slightly hazy, pale orange with a balanced malt flavor and finishes with a wonderful flavor and aroma only American hops can provide. This beer is served unfiltered to retain all the bouquet from the hops.

(12oz bottle thanks to Exiled) clearish gold/amber with lasting film of fine white bubbles. Nose of caramel, honey, light citrus, quite balanced in the nose. Taste is bready, pine, very little citrus, malty, bitter linger and an oily body.

Hazy pale orange, neat persistent head, full glass lacing. Sweet malt overcome by medium hops in the palate. Bitter lingers in the finish until it gives way to a mildly sweet finish.

Thanks GT. Hazy orange amber pour with a small offwhite head. The aroma starts with doughy citrus, especially grapefruit, and finishes off with an unfortunate sudsy soap note. The flavor is fairly one dimensional- grapefruit and orange with bready caramel malts. Medium palate with an ever present resin and soap. Not bad, save the slight off flavor.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a pint glass. Appearance is a translucent copper with a fluffy white head of foam. Aroma is piney and spicy at the same time. Taste is spicy and bitter with a long dry finish. The beer has a nice malty bready note that really balances everything out.

Thanks to Exiled for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a hazy murky yellow color with a white head. The aroma is exactly what I expect from an American IPA. I get a lot of pine and orange notes with a little bit of bready malt. The flavor is more of the same. I get some pine and papaya, as well as some bread and biscuit malt. There is a lot of hop flavor but the bitterness is fairly low for this style of beer. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
