[Draught at the brewery] This batch pours a -- and this is a first -- clear purpleish colour with a spare bubbly white head. Tart fruity aroma. Flavour: Wow, neat: Fruity, a bit tart, along with a hint of smoke, citrus and more -- refreshing. Medium bodied. An enjoyable take on the style. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 14, 2014
[5638-20130816] Growler. Lemon wheat and funky yeast aroma. Hazy, light yellow orange body with a quick foamy off-white head. More tart lemon zesty yeast in the flavour. Medium body is quite sour. Really interesting brew. (7/3/8/4/15) 3.7

Always nice to see someone brewing a Berliner....seems the lost style is making a bit of a comeback. Had this on tap at Mr. Goodbar for the 2nd birthday party. Pretty good example of the style...very tart, nice pucker. Well made. Another home run. Radek Kliber (7359) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - OCT 28, 2013

Aroma nice old school approach, proper tartness. Hinted with pear , green apple. Backed by berry feel. Felt very true to style.8+
Top: minimalist, almost flat.
Base: hazy gold.
Palate : medium bodied.
Taste: Tart front with berry feel, mid accented by gooseberry. Ending noted with tart raspberry. Ultra refreshing.
Other notes if you are into Berliner this one is one to seek.
Growler courtesy of rudy - many, many thanks! Pale yellow-straw colour. Thin head. The aroma is lovely - bright tartness with a lovely lactic bite along with a very light sweet malt aroma behind. Very clean sourness with a lingering wheatiness and a nice crisp malt base. You can taste each of the individual sour/malt components. Incredibly bright and incredibly dry. Count me a fan.

Draft at blue monk. Pale straw yellow, lemony tartness, quite acidic, not mouth quenching tartness but quite tart. Extremely drinkable. Lovely beer jercraigs (10374) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 25, 2013
2013-08-16. Hazy pastel yellow body with a small head. 3+ Aroma is lightly grainy with a moderate sourness. Flavour is crisply sour and refreshing, with and odd but pleasant fruit character. Light grainy character and lemon touches. Average bodied palate, nice carbonation. 3+ Solid take on a style that is not my favorite. Growler of this at Campground Brewdown 2 courtesy of Rudy. NY rating number 1000. Pours a hazed gold with a large white head that falls slowly. Big cheesy funk, soft lemon, musk. Soft lemon tartness right away into a good amount of funk. Lemony tang and funkiness. Soft acid. Funky, beautiful lingering acid. Could drink this all day long. Amazingly well done. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - AUG 19, 2013
