COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The quest to create Community Beer Company led us to evaluate many locations around Dallas for nearly two years before selecting our home on Inspiration Drive, near downtown on Stemmons Freeway. What a street name for our dream brewery to be built!! Without inspiration, we wouldn’t be here to enrich our local community with world-class craft beer. In honor of all things inspirational, we offer this very special Belgian Style Dark Strong Ale. The deep ruby hue of this ale comes from the use of several English and Belgian crystal malts as well as a touch of roasted malt. The rich malt character is balanced by a high ABV, a blend of highly attenuative and expressive Belgian yeast strains, and just the right amount of hops.

Dark brew with a really decent head that held on forever. Good bit of roasted aroma and flavor with some mild hints of alcohol and raisin. Then there is a sweet tangy thing at the end that doesn’t really go well but it’s mellow enough that it’s OK. Really good brew and plan to enjoy this one again. Also really like the label saying "Bottle Conditioned" allowing me to know ahead of time there will be sediment without examining the bottle or being surprised when I see sediment going into my glass.

On tap at Bangers. Cola colored with red highlights. Aroma of fig, dark fruit. Lots of candied sugar, leather, candy and Belgian yeast. A good American effort. Nicely done.

Deep brown pour, thin off white head. Nose is roasted malt, hint yeast. Bittersweet. Middle is basket of dark ripe fruit; plums, cherries, nectarines. Finish dries from the yeast. Something is missing.

Dark brownish color, hazy with a little off-white head. Malty, dark fruit aroma. Not a lot of hops presence. Sweet with some Belgian yeastiness. Not bad.
