COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is not your average IPA. From the incredible nose, to the amazing finish, this IPA is one that both session drinkers and beer nerds alike will love.

We’re full on board the hopwagon with this big American-style IPA. However, it is not designed to blow your head off with overpowering hop bitterness. Instead, Mosaic IPA is an extremely well-balanced brew that showcases its unique hop aroma and flavor.

This beer gets its name from a new hop variety named “Mosaic,” which is predominantly where the immense, raw hop aroma and flavor is derived. Mosaic IPA has a noticeable malt backbone to help soften the high level of hop bitterness and flavor, while keeping the body fairly light.

The word "Mosaic" is also representative of the diverse range of individuals that make up our community. It’s perfect in every way!

Draught at my hotel: pours amber sort of color with white head. Aroma is tropical fruit with herbal and malty touches. Taste is sort of bitter and sweet and fruity. Too malty for my tastes.

Beer has a really nice aroma and a clean appearance, but it has a “bite” that lingers during the taste ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at River City Grill, Round Rock. Hazy orange amber with a small short lived white head that fades quickly leaving some patchy lace. Nose is light caramel with light pine and citrus with some grapefruit. Light sweet malts with a big bitterness. Mouth is full with average carbonation and a long bitter finish. 8/3+/7+/4/15

355 ml can. Enjoyed at Austin, TX. Pours a hazy golden colour with a white foamy head. Aroma is really fruity with orange pith, pineapple, herbs and some pine needles. Flavour of heavy bitterness, a bit of alcohol, fruitiness, strong pine notes and a bit of resin. Medium to full bodied. Pretty heavy.

been able to handle a few ipa’s recently so tried this one; too strong/bitter for me which means it is probably a good ipa - not a hop bomb like some but it packs a hop punchs; great palate, aroma of citrus; great head; taste was a mix of citrus, dank, hops - balanced,

Big hoppy orange scents. Pours an orange brown with athick off-white head. Lots of lacing. Nice complex flavors of citrus and toffee. Balanced and good.

Nice beer. Big fruity aroma. Just the right amount of bitterness to balance the berry like fruitiness of the beer. Good hit of malt in the finish as well.
