Hazy ish copper under a thick foamy off white head. The aroma is nutty and very earthy with an odd herbal background. The taste is smooth and roasty-earthy on a medium body, with semi-bitter and dry earthy nuttiness and biscuit crust.

On tap at BTBF and several more times at the brewery. Pours with a clear golden orange hued body with a lasting white head. Aromas are malty, bready, biscuity and toasty. Medium-light esters, a hint of hops, and a very light dose of diacetyl. Flavors are pretty awesome and full for a sessionable beer like this. Great toasty malt, low esters, very bready.
