COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on an Irish Red Ale. Brewed with Chinook, Golding and Cascade hops. Slight caramel sweetness and just a hint of roast, and a light citrus nose.

Bottle. Clear amber beer with a small head. Aroma is malty with notes of caramel, dried fruit, citrus and chocolate. Flavor is malty with notes of caramel, grains, herbs, grass and citrus. Well balanced.

Pour on tap at the brewery, clear orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of grain, bread, dough, some spice, toast. Taste was a mix of orange, bread, toast, yeast, slight earth, finishing slightly sweet.

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2015 On tap @ the brewery. Pours a burnt dark orange appearance with a thin cream colored head. Orange candy, caramel, grass, burnt sugar in the nose. Moderately low carbonation. Pretty sweet. Some citrus and blood orange. Ok.

On tap at the brewery. Amber red in color with a decent sized off-white head. Aroma is of malted milk balls, toast, roasted marshmallows, and toffee. Taste is heavy in malt, pecans, walnuts, coffee, and brown sugar.

Clear light nutty amber with a really lovely nose of toffee covered pecans. Smooth and nutty flavor with a medium body and medium sweetness, balancing with a touch of doughiness and toast.
