I know I sampled other IPAs when I stopped in here, but this is the only one that I remember clearly. Lots of IPA arrogance, well balanced enough that I finished my sampler glass and really still wanted more.

On tap at Hops & Pie, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is quite bitter, with dry piney hops, some citrus and dry biscuity malt. Bitter and dry on the finish, with a moderately aggressive astringency. Aggressive, but well-designed. Very good.

Full draft pour at Mercantile Dining & Provision which is located in the downtown Denver Union Station. Poured a vibrant, wonderful clear yellow-copper color with an off-white head. Aroma was full of powerful pine resin, plenty of citrus. Flavor was delicious, grapefruit, pine, floral hop notes. Light biscuit. Super solid stuff.

Real deal IPA. This flagship was everything you want in an IPA. Balanced, hop bite, bright, drinkable with masked IPA. Complex citrus hops. Really good stuff!
