I bought this bottle at Montagny Boissons Center. I drank this beverage tonight at home. Be careful when you open the beer, because the Vesuve makes an eruption, like the story of Pompei. There is a huge foam white and brown. The body is brown/orange and troubled, yeast. They say pale ale but we are far away of what it should have to be this style, we are close to a Belgian style. The carbonation is higher than usual, at the nose you smell the fresh cereal, small notes of apricot. The taste is sour, sparkling, small malt, few hop for the style, bitter but nothing extraordinary. For example, the stirling of the nebuleuse is better, in my point of view. It is drinkable, nothing more.

from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier - cloudy copper-amber beer with a decently long lasting creamy beige foam; aroma of quince and soap; hints of tea; moderate carbonation and medium-bodied, somehow juicy then with a papery bitterness; short fruity and soapy aftertaste again - confusing

Bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier, batch 74 bb 12/2013
The bottle is a gusher; it pours a hazy amber color with giant head. The aroma is suspicious, green, metallic, with a lot of yeast. The carbonation is too much; the mouthfeel is dry, sharp and very metallic; too bitter, and with too much yeast.
Messy homebrew. Way to go.
