Pours a hazy gold with a big foamy head. Sweet malty aroma with lots of spice and a touch of citrus coming through. Flavor is similar to the aroma, and almost wit-like. The spice, especially coriander lingers on the finish. Interesting and not bad. Bockyhorsey (2638) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - JUL 20, 2008
Bomber. Aorma was regular swill nothing to peak my interest. Hazy yellow body with big white head some lacing. Flavor most of grain with some starch and spice. Mellow on the palate for a spice beer. mcbackus (758) - Merritt Island, Florida, USA - JUL 19, 2008
bottle: pours a nice hazy golden hay colour with a giant white head. aroma is good with plenty of spices clean smelling spices nothing to muddled ginger, clove, maybe eve a touch of nutmeg, also get some nice sweet candy like malts adn wheat very pleasant quick wiff of lemon too. its almost like a lemon spiced pie. the flavour is nice an lite nothing overpowering the spices show themselves but dont over do it, the wheat then fades in to give a good malt background, finishes is a touch bitter with a slight peppery herbness this beer is very well done and nicde to drink. Tallahassee, Fl. - Liquor Loft - 22 oz bomber. Murky light golden pour with a thick but pithy white head. Lemony aroma with some coriander notes. Flavor has the same lemony zestiness to it with some pleasant spiciness - grains of paradise, coriander - and a hint of yeast . Hint of mint in the back end. Mouthfeel has just the right amount of spritziness. Coney Island comes through again wth another phallic symbol on the label.....oddly shaped head on that python!

pours a near white with a cloudy appearance under a huge frothy white head. interesting peppery, ginger, nutmeg aroma. flavor has strong nutmeg notes with notes of pepper and ginger also. light bodied. flavor fades quickly after swallowing which is my only complaint, but it works. not exactly dry though. a hint of lemon in finish. these guys are doing an awesome job. i like this a lot!

Bottle: Cloudy light golden with a fizzy/fading white head. The aroma has a touch of wheat, with a soft herbal character, and tons of ginger. Fizzy body, bit bit too carbonated. Upfront there is a quick touch of wheat flavor/very subtle citrus (lemon-peel) note, which is followed by a prolonged ginger spiciness. What is detectable in the base beer is pretty nice, with a crisp wheat character, but the ginger flavor becomes overwhelming in my opinion. Other than that it’s a decent spice beer. mjg74 (3182) - La Mesa, California, USA - JUL 14, 2008
UPDATED: OCT 15, 2008 Bomber from Casa De Oro Liquor. Hazy golden in color. Strong spiced aroma. Some coriander and nutmeg. Maybe some cinnamon and white pepper as well. Extremely floral and spicy. Some ginger qualities. Very highly spiced lager. Homer321 (5192) - Melboring, Florida, USA - JUL 14, 2008
aroma is slightly spicy, but hard to identify specific spices. appearance is very cloudy for a lager. slightly cloudy taste, not clean at all. overall, kind of bland. I was expecting a little more. Guinness4Duff (515) - Tallahassee (and Poconos, PA), Florida, USA - JUL 13, 2008
Bottle. Cloudy golden pour with a big white head. This is odd, but it smells like chicken noodle soup... not quite sure what that is. Spicy flavor, heavy on the ginger. Not bad, I like it. Butters (4176) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - JUL 13, 2008
UPDATED: JAN 29, 2009 Bottle. Couldn’t really get behind this one. Hazy dull yellow pour with some white head. Very interesting tasting notes. Huge amounts of ginger and cardamum. The aroma was citric and spicy, and actually not too bad. Dusty, old. Tart citrus finish. Not sure what to think, but I’m pretty sure I won’t buy it again. Sick ass label though.
