This beer had a golden color with a bit a white head. It is pretty mildly flavored. It has good taste and finishes with little aftertaste.

Hazy yellow with a vanishing 2 inch white head. Light fruity and spicy aroma. Flavor is spicy like ginger and licorice. The taste is mainly licorice (or anise if you’re a snob). The body is wet, thin, quick, and dry. aracauna (3651) - Georgia, USA - AUG 5, 2012
This style works better as an ale than a lager. The spicing come across as slightly unpleasant and is the only significant aspect. MarkSachon (1046) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 1, 2012
12 oz bottle from the sampler case. The label is freaking me out. Nothing here is outstanding and overall it’s drier than I like. This must be the runt of the case. patricks110 (2556) - Alberta, CANADA - JUL 27, 2012
Very much so meh....just a boriong spiced brew. Not liking the spice combination at all, a bit of cinnamon, cloves and a hint of coriander. Not great tasting overall though.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma has an odd anise, some herbal notes, faint hint of citrus. Flavor is odd as well, similar to aroma with a light malt presence, hints of grass and weeds as well. Light body, high carbonation. Overall, nothing I desire to have again. jsmerig (1663) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 24, 2012
Pours a pale cloudy yellow. Aroma of lemon and other citrus. Taste is lemon lime with a sharp earthy biterness end clean and has a light mouthfeel.

Draft at chips obx. Poured a cloudy yellowish color. Aroma of some lemon zest. Medium sweetness. Slghtly sour finish. Definiety a summer drinking beer. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - JUL 21, 2012
WAH! Pours a light golden color with an overbearing head to it. Has a strong and powerful spice aroma to it which unfortunately carries over into the beer. It’s like someone dumped several of the sweeter baking spices into my beer. rougeau13 (3158) - Richmond, Texas, USA - JUL 9, 2012
Slightly hazy amber with a small, sudsy whitish head. Aroma of spices, notably what I think is nutmeg and/or ginger, perfume, melon, and pale malt. Taste is a little spiced, a little sweet, a little yeasty, and slightly bitter. Light-medium bodied with somewhat low carbonation.
