Big ol’ bottle. Pours light amber wtih a big pock-marked head. The nose is quite aromatic ... almost Saazy, almost Northwesty. It drinks with a mellow smoothness not uncommon to a "Vienna" but this has more built-in character than that, hinting at the more Americanized stylistic twists of hoppiness, hinting at a floral brew. Intersting brew. Bring on the hot dogs. (#3264, 1/1/2008) gearbike (512) - West Bloomfield, Michigan, USA - JAN 1, 2008
Clear light amber pour. Apperance is just about the only thing that gives away the lager classification. It has a nice chew body. Very floral type hoppiness with a bitter finish more like an apa. Silphium (3199) - Traverse City, Michigan, USA - DEC 31, 2007
Clear amber/light copper body, thin-medium off-white to buff head. Bready, caramely nose, with herbal hops. Thin body, tightly carbonated, with light toffee and sweet breads, earthy, herbal hops, with a peppery, bitter finish. Thin. Basic. lampeno420 (320) - Zeeland, Michigan, USA - DEC 31, 2007
Overall is so high because of the drinkability. Crisp refreshing lager that was enjoyable to just kick back and enjoy. A great lawnmower beer. SSSteve (4006) - - DEC 29, 2007
pours a clear orange/amber with a large off-white head. toasted malt and hop aroma. awesome flavor with tons of bready, toasty malts and fresh green floral hops while keeping a light body. a fantastic vienna.

Bomber. Light amber body with a light off white head. The aroma is light orange soda with some roasted peanuts. There is also some Juicy Fruit gum. The taste is light bread crust with some orange peel notes. A very light body that is slick and thin. Soft carbonation. This is unlike any other Vienna I have tried, more like a Premium lager or maybe even a watered down American Dark Lager. Decent stuff that I would not mind having as a session beer. Pours a clear, lighter amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is of some toasted malts, floral and citrus hops, and some caramel malts. Flavor is rather lighter then expected with the toasted malts dominating. Finishes with a little bitterness from the floral hops. Decent beer but nothing amazing. Cobra (1100) - - DEC 20, 2007
UPDATED: DEC 21, 2007 A Vienna? I don’t think so. More like a soapy, cheap lager. Aromas are of soap, as well as the flavors. Nothing special here. Wish I could get a refund on all the money I’ve spent on bad beer.
Maybe I got a bad bottle? Snojerk321 (2960) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 12, 2007
UPDATED: MAY 12, 2008 Bottle from BevMo. Poured a nice copper color with a creamy head. Nose was malty with some hop essence. Reminded me of Sam Adams Boston Lager but with more flavor and easier to drink. KUEric (976) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - DEC 8, 2007
I really liked this, consider its a larger (vienna) and its outstanding. I think that’s why its so highly rated. Full of flavor, aroma, and character.
