Bottle. Amber pour with a small head. Aroma and taste is malt, yeast, and it finishes with a good bitter tail yet clean. Nice Vienna. hopscotch (11409) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - OCT 10, 2008
Bottle… Clear amber lager with a mid-sized, wispy, off-white head. Good retention. Toasty, biscuity, toffee and spicy hop aroma. Medium to full-bodied with intermediate carbonation. Like the nose, the flavor is biscuity and toasty with moderate, spicy, European hop bitterness. Lengthy, moderately bitter finish. DocLock (11189) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 27, 2008
Bottle from State Line. Poured dark straw going toward copper, with off-white head. Aroma was grainy, cereally malt, some hopcitrus. The taste was crisp and clean, not offering anything out of the ordinary, but not offering anything offensive either. daknole (11048) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JAN 29, 2009
Bottle. Another day another bland lager. Golden pour, white head. Very malty nose with some hop notes. Flavor is bland and boring. NOTHING to distinguish itself from any other lager.

This amber ale poured with a fluffy beige head. It smells kind of like Coney Island. There is a thin malt flavor with a harsh bitter finish. This is not up to Hebrew’s standards. onceblind (10855) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 31, 2011
Clear amber with a thin white head. Smells a bit like fresh corn tortillas, fresh baked biscuits, and maybe a bit of grassy hops. Taste was crisp and biscuity with rye, toast, and more rye, more tortillas...not my thing. But a good lager with a lot of flavor. Bottle. Bright amber with a medium off-white head. Nice toasty caramel flavour. Grassy hops with a metallic edge (are there noble hops in here?) More like a vienna than a lager, but a nice session beer regardless. JoeMcPhee (10129) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 18, 2007
UPDATED: SEP 6, 2007 Amber-gold with a light malty nose. Light earthiness with a touch of caramel and faint grassiness as well. Flavour is decently malty with light earthy hops. Moderately sweet up front, light graininess throught the middle with a touch of grassy hops on the back. I didn’t enjoy it all that much the first few times, but it’s grown on me lately... oh, yeah, and the label is beyond creepy.
