Amber to red with a pretty good tan head and good lacing.
Nice malty and toffee like aromas, with a little bit of bready/doughy notes.
There’s a good blend of biscuit, toast, toffee, grains, caramel, with a pretty good hoppy balance.
Dry and smooth going down, carbonation is ample, body is light, a very nice lager.
Great job again Schmaltz! basspro76 (426) - New York, USA - FEB 18, 2010
Had this on tap at Carnival Bar in NYC. Pours a translucent mild brown color with a thin white head. The taste is one of multiple flavors. fruit and bread dominate at first, and then give way to just a slight edge at the end. Highly enjoyable. joohefner (380) - Isla Vista, California, USA - MAY 28, 2008
light maroon copper color and a thin tan head. Light but fragrant aroma of candied malt and floral hops. A medium to light thick body and a crisp carbonation. Faint brown sugar and grain followed by a metallic hop note. Delicate, subtle, and balanced beer. TikiE (368) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - APR 25, 2008
Nice looking beer with a gold color and a white foamy head that lasts. Tastes mostly of malts with a nice hoppy bitter finish! Good beer! mcmisko (358) - New York, USA - APR 17, 2012
Pours copper with a good white head. Smells like citrus flowers. Taste has sweet, thick malts and lots of hops. Great balance of sweet and bitter. Med body. Bitter dry after taste. Good stuff.

This beer has me laughing my ass off. Friend at the firehouse bar refers to a "Coney Island Beer" as one with all head and nothing else.
Not what i expected. beer form Coney island Stinks. This poured with a dark amber color, very little head and no lacing. odor is unremarkable, similar to and macro Irish Red. taste is somewhat pleasant though. Fuller than most lagers with a nice finish. A great option over Budweiser, Killians or othe macro’s.

Draft. Aroma is sweet, floral, hints of citrus, hay, grass, bread. Deep amber bronze, clear, minimal head. Medium sweet, light bitter, malt driven, but rounded by floral hops. Medium body, soft carbonation, nice round sweetness in medium long aftertaste. Very nice vienna, good balance. krysztofar (344) - belleville, Illinois, USA - OCT 3, 2007
bomber. solid bronze color gives me hope for this lager. a word that can often be scary. pours with a half inch of solid white head. clean and mild grains appear with some grassy hops as well. clean and very smooth with an impressively full palate. the flavor is less intense than the nose had lead me to believe. still it does taste great. enough rich malt and hop bite to make this a pleasure to drink. FishManLA (337) - Abita Springs, Louisiana, USA - NOV 8, 2010
Pours a clear amber with a medium sized head and rather nice lacing. Nose has floral and bread notes. Flavor is moderately bitter and hop biased with notes of wood and spice. Slightly citrus bitter finish. lampeno420 (320) - Zeeland, Michigan, USA - DEC 31, 2007
Overall is so high because of the drinkability. Crisp refreshing lager that was enjoyable to just kick back and enjoy. A great lawnmower beer.
