Bottle via Beer World: Rye dominant with the familiar dry tang tone throughout. Decent amber in the glass. Poor nose. The six other types of malt are lost to me since they were in mediocre amount to change anything. It wasn’t the siren song that intrigued me, it was that word Pilsener......which this is pretty darn far from. guzzler67 (1696) - Hanover, Maryland, USA - SEP 10, 2015
Crystal clear, light gold appearance with a large white head and a fair amount of lacing. Aroma of grain fields dotted with floral hops. Metallic taste up front gives way to toasted malts and mild sweetness. Spicy, herbal hops make only a modest impression. Light bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel leading to a short lived finish. sinfull (1675) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - JUN 7, 2014
Clear golden color , medium white head. Aroma of malt and grass. Malty taste with medium hoppy notes and moderate bitterness. Light body , low carbonation. Normal pilsener. kassner (1666) - Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 5, 2010
On tap at Mad mex golden color cloudy and a bit sour and fruity like a Koelsh but with some zing and more hops. very refreshing and unique for a pilsner. Modest head and some lacoiung User134089 (1644) - - OCT 28, 2011
Poured from a bottle into a pilsner glass. Color was pale golden, almost like apple juice or dehydrated urine. About an inch of head. Healthy amount of lacing. Lots of film on the sides, which stayed throughout the pour.
Smelled of citrus and pine hops. Some light cereal malts in there, too, but citrus rules the day. A bit surprising for a pilsner.
Different taste than the nose, really a different taste than a pilsner. Watery, smooth start, which gave way to a very slight bitter finish.
Medium body. Texture ??? Lively carbonation. Smooth feel with a non-descript, but somehow decent finish.
I really liked this beer, especially after having the Albino Python first. Still didn’t taste like a pilsner to me, but a good beer.

Pours a light gold. Has a faint grain aroma. A grain, grass, citrus, and malty taste. A dry feel. ACHops (1594) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 11, 2015
On tap @ Shade Bar. Pours light golden with medium white head that fades quickly. Aroma is crisp fresh malt, light rye notes. Taste is similar - clean, crisp, and cracker dry on the finish. Some light hops come through as well. Very nice pilsner. StueyD (1584) - Heacham, Norfolk, ENGLAND - JUL 17, 2015
A mid gold coloured beer with a weak white head. A light lemony hop aroma with a background in of light malt. Dry mouthfeel. The taste starts off with a light refreshing lemony flavour, with a hint of floral hop, this is then followed by a smooth, cereal malt flavour that sweetens the taste to a light and well balanced finish. Draught @ The 3 Monkeys, New York. SanfordBrewer (1577) - Sanford, Florida, USA - JAN 25, 2011
Lucent gold, thin white head, medium body, medium-high carnation.italarican (1549) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 22, 2012
Aroma: hay, pale malt, herbal noble hops.
Taste: hay, herbal noble hops, pale malt, and bready yeast.
IMO, more of a pale ale with german hops than a pilsner.
On tap at my farewell to NY party at Blind Tiger. Clear gold pour with standard white head. Has a blend of diacetyl, farts, and wheat. Buttery and slightly grainy finish. Damn, this sucks.
