nice noble hop bite to this pilsner, but otherwise very run of the mill. Still prefer sam adams noble pils for a good cheap one. kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - NOV 7, 2009

Bottle. Clear light orange pour with a small bu soapy white head. A little bit of rye in the aroma. Crisp and clean with a bit of hop, spice, and rye. Not bad. DuffMan (10284) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 2, 2011

Tap @ OTH.
Pours golden, white head.
Aroma, smells like wort, lots of grain and malt goodness.
Flavor, load of rye?, really nothing I would expect fro a pilsner, plenty of malts quickly followed by some citrus hops and light spicy mouthfeel. Profile retain a mild caramel malt approach with a nice clean finish. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 3, 2012
Tap at Jack Rose. Pouts clear golden. Soapy white head. Soapy to thick sheets of lacing. Nose is canned pineapple, some sweet summer squash, mint, lemonade. Taste is tangy, a bit papery, squash, soap. Palate is mildy better, some paper. Not too bad. A decent noble hop pils.

UPDATED: JAN 17, 2010 Bottle of Chosen Spot. Pale golden pour with a massive sticky white head. The nose is really great. Big, bright clean rye spiciness with a load of lemony, zesty Saaz hops. A bit of amarillo fruitiness and even a touch of mintiness as well. Very, very fragrant with all of the lemony spicy hoppiness. Lingering spicy bitterness on the finish. This beer is really damn good. A rock solid take on the pilsner style. I really enjoyed this.
Tap at Rattle N Hum. Crystal clear golden pour. Thick white head. Aroma is nice... light crackery malts with a soft herbal hoppy note. Fairly floral and fresh tasting. Soft hoppy bitterness with a lingering floral note. It’s definitely got enough hops to notice them in there. Moderate bitterness. Good balance. Nice and clean with a firm bitter finish. Nice summer quaffer.

Draft. Pours gold with a while head. Light malty aroma with some nice grassy hop notes. The flavor is well balanced, but on the bland side. Hop notes are lighter in the flavor than on the nose. Not bad.
