It was poured from a brown 12 oz bottle into a tall pilsner glass. The label has a nice easy to read freshness date and a brief deScription of the beer.
Appearance: The body has a deep golden color with good clarity and some visible carbonation flowing up to an average inch thick head ot foam. The head fades slowly and leaves a little bit of sticky lacing on the glass.
Smell: The aroma is mostly bready and sweet with some light cereal grain mixed in. The hops add of touch of herbal and citrus notes as well.
Taste / Palate: It has a solid foundation of bready and biscuity maltiness with a touch of spice. The hops add there expected herbal bitterness and citrusy brightness. The feel and palate is solid and full for the style. Overall it is a very enjoyable Pilsner. redlight (2318) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JAN 8, 2010
Crisp hop aroma, grassy, earthy hops with hints of a spiciness. Pours clear golden blonde with a very thick white head. Earthy bitter hops with grassy notes, solid bitterness, with hints of sweet malts lingering with a spicy dry finish. Very nice pils! GodOfThunder (1249) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JUN 25, 2010

Clear yellow with minimal white head. I was immediately taken aback, in a good way, by the strong hop presence. Noble hops throughout with a clean malt/grain palate and crisp finish. BREWMUSKCLES (2686) - New Jersey, USA - DEC 28, 2009
nice and refreshing it has the hop character and spiciness of an American dry hoppend rye brew. it is refreshing and just a touch sweet (MAYBE TWO TOUCHES). it has some of the characters of an American Pilsener just spill some and wait few minutes and give it a sniff. it" smells like an old bar but this beer is quite impressive otherwise. Grapefruit hops in the spicy Pils presence this is a real good session ale for the choosey. $4.99 for a 22 oz bottle at whole foods in Manhattan ? hey that’s schmaltz! troopie (2341) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - JUL 11, 2010
Draught. Poured clear dark yellow with thick lasting head. Good malty aroma, hay and spring grass with a tiny citrusy note. Medium bodied, medium flavour with a lasting hop finish. Lekker on a hot day Ibrew2or3 (8614) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - JUL 14, 2010
On tap at the Brass Tap in Wesley Chapel, FL. Pours up deep gold with off white head. The aroma is fresh grains, toffee and spiciness. The taste begins and continues with yummy spices, rye and then picking up malty grains, toffee and then a mix of caramel malts and lager-y yeast creating a butterscotch type feel.
