An IPA brewed with Lager Yeast.
Shmaltz Brewing Company unveils a stunning spectacle: the delicate balance of 8 hops gracefully thrust into the inner sanctum of 4 luscious malts astonishing in depth, dazzling in mouthfeel. A scintillating brewing performance.

Pours a fairly clear gold with medium - large bright white head which slowly settles and leaves good lace up the glass. Aroma is pale malts, dough, and floral. Taste is a bit of a harsh(though far from un-drinkable) hop bitterness; a mix between citrus(grapefruit) and metallic, sweet caramel and faint alcohol(until a minute ago I didn’t realize this is a 7.2 abv beer). I don’t mind this beer it’s crisp and bitter, though I think with a lager yeast it brings out some of the harshness of the hops though that could just be that there are 8 different hops which likely also contributes to the hard to distinguish hop characteristics/harshness. Interesting style though I think less hop varieties might work out better.

Overall pretty decent lager that tastes like an IPA, strong, hoppy, bomber from whole foods

651mL thanks to DedicatedToFun. Pours a clear, deep gold. Low carbonation, spotty lacing. Nose is sticky, boozy. Taste is sticky, sugary, bitter orange, sharper dark chocolate bitterness, flashes of cabbage. Sharply, near abrasive bitterness. IPA with lager yeast. Interesting.

The first I have ha from schmaltz brewing. An ipa style beer that is very malty an hoppy. This one is pretty bitter and I needed. Glass of water to finish this bomber. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I thot fer sure I had this before, been passing up on the shelves. Big alabaster head. Clear yellow pour from the atp at the bocktown. Smell is simply beer. IPA taste impact. HAH, thinks its a lager but its reall an ipa in disquise. Finish, eh, must be ipa. Finish, yes, typical ipa. Very funny, a lager that wants to be an ipa.

Dark straw with low head. Aroma of herbal hop, lots of rich pale malts (biscuit) and a little bit of peppery alcohol.

Pours a clear deep gold with a frothy white head and tons of lace. Aroma of dough, biscuit, lager yeast, grass and some sweet malts. Taste is grassy hops, crisp lager yeast, biscuit and slight caramel. Nice happy bitterness and nice crisp and clean finish excellent beer.

Gold pour with white head and lace. Aroma is sweet malt, a touch of orange zest. Taste of sweet malt, citrus zest, and a nice medium earthy/floral bitter finish. Medium body with good carbonation.

Full, slightly sweet, with a strong hops lean in the finish. Hints of citrus zest, spice, light malt.

Pours a clear, dark golden color with a big, foamy, white head that quickly dissipates into a cap. Floral hop aroma, as well as a bit of butterscotch and graininess. Slightly sweet, and a decent hop bite going down. Typical lager aftertaste, and went down smooth like a typical lager. I thought it was fine for what it was, but I don’t like these IPLs.
