Translucent copper with a dense bubbly beige head, creamy full body with medium carbonation.philbertk (1873) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUL 13, 2010
Aroma: Lots of piney citrusy american hops, lots of sweet caramel malt, and a touch of yeasty minerality.
Taste: lots of sweet caramel toasted malt, leafy piney hop bitterness, fresh juicy citrus hop flavor, mellow yeast, and some slightly sour minerality.
Very hop-focused, but bitterness does not acumulate, and neither does sweetness and heaviness.

355ml bottle. Great name. great label and great beer. Citrus hop notes mixed with pine needles. Big and ballsy looking with a rocky foam cloud and a strong amber colour. The flavour is intense and lingers in the mouth. One to enjoy. ads135 (5031) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - APR 21, 2012
Had this one on a few occasions in Kansas, always bottled. Pours light orange, somewhat hazy. Medium body. Caramel character well balanced with the citrus hop flavor. Solid beer. Keg_Juggler (193) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 5, 2010

Poured large bottle into a imperial pint glass. The bottle says it’s a "IPA style brewed withe Lager Yeast. I think this a phenomenal IPA. Great color, frothy head all the way to bottom of the glass. Forget silly stuff like hints of pine and grass, this brew has a solid hops flavor though and though. Sturdy is the word. BRAVO! kerenmk (5169) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - FEB 6, 2012
Bottle, gifted by my little brother. Pours hazy golden colour with a minimal white head. Sweet honey date aroma, and also body-shop kind of vanilla. taste starts sweet and innocent, a kick of bitterness follows. A little oily, sleek and carbonated. medium body, long, bitter finish. Weird beer but I liked it. alcaponejunior (445) - Texas, USA - JAN 7, 2013
Tan to slightly orange in color, clear, rising bubbles, a nice one finger head and good lacing.
Lots of citrus on the nose, lemon peel, oranges, grapefruits. A good amount of hoppy aroma too, very nice.
Taste is very nice, quite bitter and citrusy. Hop flavor is more than almost any American pale lager that I’ve tried. There’s a nice malty balance too.
Body is medium and well carbonated. Quite easy to drink.
It’s hard to believe this is a lager. If you served it to me blind, I’d think it to be a pale ale, and a pretty hoppy one at that.
Within the style, this one is a real standout, and a quality beer. Highly recommended.
