Bottle. Not too much different from the normal bluebird bitter. Eh not much too this. JoeMcPhee (9554) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 9, 2009
Tap at Ginger Man. pale goden beer with a thick sticky white head. Aroma is quite light. A touch of UK pale malt and not much else at all. Flavour is especially bland. Soft crackery malt, low carbonation and a reasonably creamy texture but it still come across as a bit watery. Crackery with a light earthy bitterness. Meh. jter9 (12) - Suffolk, ENGLAND - MAY 6, 2009

Tap @ Horse Brass Pub... Poured clear golden-yellow with a thick white head. The head diminished to a steady lacing on the beer through the whole beverage. Floral aroma with cracker-like malt grains. Light palate and light flavors created a nice session ale. Grassy and earthy malt tones with a tiny bit of hop bitterness in the finish. Ethereal (2471) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JAN 1, 2009
500ml bottle from the GBBF bottle stall, drunk 28th Sept 08. Very lively orange amber with a small white head. Nice fresh citrus and hop aroma and a soft, balanced taste. Not as biting as many golden ales. kempicus (343) - Bakewell, Derbyshire, ENGLAND - DEC 30, 2008
Well this is certainly in no danger of being a US APA! Aroma is only slightly citrus and leans more towards sweet raro. I think this has suffered from the journey but has an understated charm. berkshirejohn (6662) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 12, 2008
[50cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring.] Hazy amber with a thin white head - grainy aroma - soft herbal flavour with some grapefruit citrus undertones - rather thin and watery, and with a medicinal finish. Disappointing. Borresteijn (7494) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 29, 2008
50cl Bottle bought @ de Schans. Hazy amber/orange with a thin white head. Aroma of hops, grapefruit, some caramel and malts. Flavour is soft, hoppy, grapefruit, both American and English hops blend in in a nice balance. Slightly sweet, but overall very neutral and unoffensive, just a bit thin. Enjoyable though.
