Pounder can from Wegman’s. Pours clear straw with 2-fingers of off-white head. Nose is dank yet noble hops, more dank and noble than the Queen of England’s crotch. Tastes hoppy, caramel malty, crisp, somewhat sweet which is to be expected with the Plato this high, and it all comes together into a great beer.

Draft at chaps. Pours clear golden with a medium sized white head. The aroma has plenty of citrus, light floral notes, a touch of pine. The taste has a medium bitterness, piney hops, a touch of lemon.

From a tall boy into a pint glass. Pours a very pretty moderate orange hue with a few inches of head. Moderate mango aroma. Mouthfeel is average. Taste is mainly tropical with some pine, but not much of each. Slight bitterness too. So basically this is a fine IPA. Very middle of the road. Nothing too great and nothing too off putting. Good start but it could be made better.

Pours a golden orange with a thick white head. Aroma of grapefruit and malt. Taste is sweet oranges with caramel malt and a bitter grapefruit finish. Really nice, balanced in a really good way.

skmikeg (1826) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 24, 2015
Pours burnt orange with a one finger white head with pretty nice lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pine, tropical fruits, pils and bready malts, and some melon. Taste is pretty similar to the aroma. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, moderately bitter, medium-long finish. Overall, a pretty nice IPA.
