Bottle. Dry and full bodied. Quite a tasty strong ale. Dry fruitiness from the hops and could do with more complexity. I’d have another one though.

Kolor: Ciemny bursztyn, nieprzejrzyste.
Do powolnej degustacji. Nic szczególnego.
Wysycenie: Średnie.
Podsumownie:
Kiepski Belgian Ale kupiony w Beer Shop St Albans. Najwięcej tutaj karmelu i miodu wielokwiatowego. Później odrobina toffi i przejrzałych czerwonych owoców. Brakuje tutaj kompleksowości, niewiele się tutaj dzieje. Dodatkowo alkohol nazbyt mocno rozgrzewa.

Bottle bummed in the street from two guys named kermis and deanso. Slight hazy amber with cream colored head. Caramel, marzipan, light spicy yeast, cloves, honey, light paper and grass. Nice sweet Indian desert or something. Over medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with a bit sticky feel.

Smells like a brown ale, but with a porter-y lightness - and also a bit thinner than I’d like. Light toffee smell + Apricot? Orange? Caramel?

330 ml. bottle sampled. Purchased @ De Hopduvel. BBF 01/08/2016. Deep amber, light copper, tanned solid head. Nose is metallic, old leaves, butterscotch, oxidation, heavy metallic, copper, light dust. Taste is herbal, metallic, medicinal roots, ginger candy, bay leaf, copper, herbal, toffee,… A bit watery, doughy, some paper. Too rich of medicinal herbs, copper etc. notes for my liking. Not thick enough. Interesting ’though.
