DruncanVeasey (8260) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - JAN 11, 2009
6.5% bottle from…who knows where? Orange amber mist, slim white lid pimpled with yeast. Slick and silky spruce and citrus, rub of soap. Tangy marmalade and pine aroma ripe with hops and yeast. Honeyed coniferous hop, orange rind, peat, biscuit, sturdy finishing bitterness. Probably coriander, but discreetly backseat to the hop flavours. Garden herb, chick pea, wholemeal afters. Could happily see off a few of these. No frills, tangily hopped Belgian sessions.

Bottle, bought @ Ølbutikken, Cph.
Pours hazy orange with a fine, creamy, lightly yellow head. Aroma has oranges, some hay and barnyard. Yeast and light overripe apple as well. Medium carbonation, a bit light mouthfeel. Flavour is mildly tart, good caramel, some apples again. Light spiciness in the warming and surprisingly hoppy finish.

courtesy of Per Forsgren - cloudy red-orange colour with a little persistent white foam and a nice lacing; aroma of tangerines and candi sugar; tart and acidic, robust carbonation and quite sweet; dry and bitter finish with lingering fruity and slightly spicy notes

Dark amber. Big frothy head. Stale flavor, but sweet enough to be drinkable. Fruity and nutty.

JoeinDahlem (1594) - Berlin, GERMANY - JUL 27, 2008
Bottle at La Porte Noire in Brussels. Amber color with big, white head that fades to persistent layer. Slightly sourish, cidery nose, grainy like speculoos cookies. Tart, cidery flavor with caramel malt and dusty-hop backdrop. Fairly dry with lightly bitter aftertaste. Interesting and light enough to refresh. Love to try it on tap.

mybestfriend (263) - Gothenburg, SWEDEN - JUL 21, 2008
Bottle. Pours a deep golden colour with a white head. The aroma has notes of herbs, yeast, spices and orange with some soap on top. The flavour has some sweetness and has notes of yeast, bitter herbs, orange peel and spices. You do feel the alcohol. I’m not that impressed.
