Light fruit aroma. Very bready flavor with a lacing of honey as well. Nice clean fishing. Good and well-balanced beer, but doesn’t stand out for me.
Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with large foamy head with nice thick foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of light fruity ester with nice semi-sweet Belgian malt base. Taste is an easily drinkable mix between some semi-sweet Belgian style malt with light fruity ester and light floral notes. Body is quite full for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very well done for style with great drinkability factor. Pinball (12421) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 1, 2011

Very nice hazy ornage piur, with a big white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, yeast, light bready malts, and some great soft sugar. Flavor is quite balanced between sweet, and bitter. Lovely carbonation, with a great tropical fruit aftertaste. Incredibly easy drinking, and a wonderful summertime patio beer.
On tap at Moeder Lambik. Hazy gold with medium head. Nose of hops and pine. Sweet fruit nose. Taste of fruits, hops and water. Quite nice beer. jfb (6844) - GERMANY - MAR 8, 2011
(bottle) pours a hazy golden-orange colour with some small floaties and a frothy white head. aroma of citrus fruits, most noticeably oranges, with hints of herbal hops and white pepper. flavour is more in the sweet vein, with notes of honeyed pale malts, caramel, floral hops and pinapples. medium to heavy-bodied with lively carbonation. 12oz bottle from IPB. At home. rlgk (18844) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - FEB 5, 2011
Appearance : Clear pale yellow with a small foamy white head. Not much lacing.
Aroma : Yeast and honey with light herbal and floral hops and light malt. Quite a lot of spices too.
Taste : Yeast, honey and spices with light fruits, light hops and light malt. Finish has lots of yeast and honey and is rather dry. Light floral hops. Very light bitterness and a little bit astringent too. Finish has lots of spices too.
Overall : Nothing really special. Rather light but not really refreshing. It seems to me that this could almost be a triple. Alcohol is a bit too low for that but it still feels rather heavy. Too much spices for me, too much honey too. To heavy to be drinkable and not complex enough to be a sipper. I don’t get it.
Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen. Hazy golden color, white head. Fruity yeasty aroma with grape fruit notes. Fruity citrus flavor, bready, yeasty and with a somewhat dry hoppy finish. JoeMcPhee (9598) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 24, 2011
Tap at RNH. Slightly hazy golden pour. Tight creamy white head. The nose is softly spicy. Initially the beer has a peppery character and there is a very rich creamy palate. Bright earthy Belgian pale malt with a nice rusticity. Lightly wheaty with anice light spiciness as well. Fairly fruity (melons) which is also quite nice. Softly marshmallowy with a little bit of light cotton candy as well. There is a little bit of Saaz noble hoppiness. Pretty damn nice brew. I don’t know how 12% importer keep finding these really great, rustic examples, but they do.
