weihenweizen (4210) - Charleston, West Virginia, USA - SEP 20, 2012
On tap at Eiderdown. Pours deep golden with small white head into a snifter. Little lacing, medium body, light carbonation, and spicy citrus aroma. Taste is spicy dry citrus and finishes bitter hops. Wouldn’t seek this again.

dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - MAY 11, 2014
Bottle @ home. Aroma is typical blond with more floral notes. Flavour is high carbonated floral malt with a touch of pepper. It tingles!

maekchu (4104) - Hirakata, JAPAN - JUN 26, 2014
Bottle from Sugaya. Fruity hoppy nose, with caramel, lemon, and a strange rubbing alcohol note. Hazy orange/amber color, a thick fluffy white head, and good lace. Citrus hits right away, but suddenly turns rotten, some grass, bad apples, yeast, and a bit of phenolic stuff. Medium body. The alcohol is way too apparent. Almost as if it were fortified. Not so pleasant.

hackobock (4073) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 29, 2013
Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours hazy orange., a large white dense head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma has yeast, wheat, lemon peel. Taste is sweet up front, then some light bitterness and then finally some harsh lingering notes.

alobar (3970) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 5, 2009
Cloudy yellow color with a soapy white head. Aroma of banana, wheat, and spice. Flavor of spice, hops, and wheat. Different and very enjoyable.
