Cloudy golden body with a quite large, white and very long-lived head. Moderate to faint aroma of Belgian yeast, generic fruits, and some spices in the back. Moderate flavour of light fruits, black pepper and other Belgian yeasty spicy notes, and in the back I get caramel, honey and alcohol. Light sweet and light to moderate bitterness. Mid-bodied and dry with a lively carbonation. A nice one, but too modest. I like more Belgian yeast in my blonds.

Bottle: Poured a hazy copper color with a creamy lacing white head. The aroma is very spicy. The taste is soft malt with that hoppy pine tree like flavor, there is also some spice.
