Cloudy golden body with a quite large, white and very long-lived head. Moderate to faint aroma of Belgian yeast, generic fruits, and some spices in the back. Moderate flavour of light fruits, black pepper and other Belgian yeasty spicy notes, and in the back I get caramel, honey and alcohol. Light sweet and light to moderate bitterness. Mid-bodied and dry with a lively carbonation. A nice one, but too modest. I like more Belgian yeast in my blonds.
[33 cl bottle, enjoyed 1.5 years before BB date, from Vinmonopolet Tvedestrand]

DAA; Bottle 33 cl. Pours large, hazy gold with a lasting, lacing off-white head. Nose is moderate, malt, caramel, yeast, light hay, sugar and spice. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a somewhat lasting finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft.

SylvainCFC (319) - Brussels, BELGIUM - MAY 16, 2017
Robe blonde dorée voilée. Col de mousse blanche moyen aéré de tenue moyenne. Nez fruité de mandarine. Arôme de levure et de malt. Bouche bien équilibrée entre douceur et amertume. Celle-ci se développe d’avantage en finale. Notes légères d’agrume. Touche levurée et base maltée. Alcool peu masqué. Texture moyennement épaisse. Carbonatation assez vive. Blonde belge classique, très équilibrée entre douceur et amertume, arôme houblonné d’orange/mandarine.
