Cool Springs Brewery Craft Brew A Ginger IPA with a great story. This beer has been brewed in honor of the Brewmaster’s fiancé. She’s a red head with a lot of personality, and this beer fits the bill perfectly. All beer at Cool Springs Brewery is brewed with passion, but this got extra attention, otherwise, he was sleeping on the couch!

32 oz. growler shared by beerpig317 at Natifest (from notes). Pours a hazy dark amber color with a thin off white film. The aroma and flavor have ginger, some citrus, the aroma really come off like a household cleaner, not as much with the flavor, some floral character, caramel, light toast, just ok.

Growler sample at Natifest ’14. Poured hazy dark copper color with a medium frothy white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy sour citrus and ginger aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy ginger sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. My expectations where exceeded.

American IPA with a pronounced ginger flavor. A little too sweet, but very pleasant.

Thanks to beerpig317 @ Natifest / Cincinnati OH --- Cloudy dark amber, good rim head, dots of lace. Taste is malt and ginger that remains constant as it moves through the palate to light bittering in the finish. The ginger is strong; as a result, each successive swallow is less appealing until what was appealing at first turns out to be a flower without its bloom.

32 oz. growler shared by Beerpig317- thanks again, Bunker! Pours a reddish-gold color with a white head. Very nice red ginger and citrus peel in the nose. The flavor is ginger, florals, and some soap. Bitter finish. Light-medium bodied, with medium carbonation and a spicy, floral mouthfeel. Nice ginger IPA.

32oz growler. Awesome pink ginger in the nose, wow. Comes through in the flavor. Nice pine aroma. Some citrus. Moderate bitter taste, kind of zesty. Light to moderate sweet. Medium plus body. Smooth, kind of crisp lighter carbonation. Light slick. Tasty, interesting stuff. I like it. Good assertive ginger IPA. It works.

Deep amber pour with creamy off white head and lace. Light medium citrus/resiny hops and ginger. Hard ginger flavor, sweet caramel malt and a good bitter. A bit light and watery with good carbonation. Spare the ginger spoil the child this one is loaded with ginger to me.
