16 oz draft pours reddish brown with a off white head. Aroma of malts, grain and a bit of smoke. Taste is the malts, smoky and a nice sweetness.

Sweet, Cinnamon, cherry aroma. Flavor is light, but salty amber malt. Probably better fresh. On tap at Cool Springs Brewery during the Nashville Beer Summit.

Corny keg at Hamiton Creek. Pours reddish amber with a retentive ivory head. Very nice fruity and malty nose. Lighter side of medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavor of caramel malts with a tamed herbal/spicy bitterness. Residual sweetness falls within style guidelines. Perhaps a tad thin in the body and mouth feel for my tastes, but still enjoyable. Sampled on draft at the brewery. Very great smoky, peaty, dogfoody aroma. Flavor is nice and rich. best beer of the lineup
