12oz glass on tap. Honey color, no lacing, average head. Strong aroma, pleasant, taste has a very full flavor, really quite good, impressive warmth and character, some alcohol present. Very good, highly recommended.

begian golden ale on the back of the label? juuuuuust a bit outside. this golden pours darker than most dubbels and some BSAs. No complaints here, just not what i was expecting. In all facets reminded meof Monks Blood, with cinnomon and vanilla, and a backdrop of belgian yeasty spiciness being the main players. very enjoyable brew. thanks Hannah!"

Keg @ Andolini’s. Deep amber with a tight white head. Nose full if big fruity Belgian esters. Drying paint. Baked red apple. Taste is sickly sweet bruised forest fruits and mashed banana smoothie. Hot and slick. Quite malty. Very sugary. Full body, slick. Not my thing. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 27, 2014
Pours a nice cloudy darker orange almost brown with off-white head. Sugar sweet, dark fruit, and spice on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes sweet. Ferris (15475) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 17, 2014
Draft - Apricot and candy sugar. Cloudy orange with a rich beige head. Sweet apricots and sugars. Too sweet and fruity for me.

Bomber into a tulip glass. Pours a clear light brown, with a medium tan head which quickly fades, leaving minimal lacing. Nose is caramel and dark fruit. Taste is dark fruit with some malty sweetness and the typical Belgian yeast clove notes. Finish is surprisingly dry for the style. Overall, a pretty good interpretation of the Belgian strong ale style. GreatDane1632 (1169) - North Dakota, USA - APR 25, 2014
Rating from notes, drank 19 Apr 2013 -- On tap at Tapwerks, OKC. I love the artwork for this beer. Pretty good Belgian. Would like to try again. MartzMimic (84) - Oklahoma, USA - JAN 15, 2014
On tap. Deep amber with a bit of foam. Decent lacing. Malty aroma with bread and a bit of fruit. A bit too cold, so the taste is muted. The malt carries through with vanilla and caramel. A bit more fruit comes through as it warms. The alcohol isn’t as evident as I would have expected. Nice heavy mouth. This is a really nice Belgian. Very balanced. Traded bottle, possibly from summer secret Santa ’13. Pours a very bubbly dark brown color with a medium off-white head. Pretty typical aroma of strong malt, a hint of sweetness and Belgian yeast. Flavor is spot on for the style with just a hint of the 10 ABV. Very well crafted to fit the category. RobertDale (6483) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - JUL 27, 2013
750 ml. bottle. Pours a dark golden orange with a small biege head. Aroma of malt, fruit, caramel, and alcohol. Taste is malt, dark fruit, yeast, caramel, spice, and alcohol. Nice.
