750mL bottle with a 29mm cap into a tulip.
Pours a light copper color with a good bit of visible carbonation and a single-finger off-white head. The head fades a bit quickly into a thin cap, and that has some good staying power.
The nose brings some light pepper and fruit notes with a touch of pear. Faint spice in the background. The flavor is a bit more pungent, with some pretty-strong notes of red pear.
Nice cream character to it as well, as the body is a bit chewy. That’s unconventional for that style, but it somehow works here. Just a touch of alcohol through the finish.
Overall, pretty good, but nothing that really took it to the next level. A bit too much malt, though the nice fruity notes make up for that. KickInChalice (860) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 27, 2012
Pours from a 750 mL bottle into a snifter.
This has a hazy apple cider color; there is an amber tint to a caramel colored beer. A fast-fading off-white head leave just a ring around the edge of the glass.
The aroma is apple cider, caramel, ethyl alcohol, and vanilla.
The flavor is fairly harsh. Apple cider, autumn spices, banana, clove, and Belgian yeast. The finish is funky and off-putting, with a vinegar and slimy bitterness.
The body is medium, with a bubbly creamy carbonation, a strong booziness, and some strange oily and sticky sensations. readbaron (78) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 27, 2012
Nose is nice - lots of estery Belgian yeast, banannas, clove. Light, clear amber yellow with a hint of white foam. Taste starts off pleasant. Banannas, clove, but finishes really odd. There’s a skunky stale aftertaste that is unpleasant. Palate is a little under carbed. Overall, not something that I enjoyed. Dunt (321) - Illinois, USA - MAR 27, 2012
Bottle provided by Matt, thanks for the Oklahoma tick! Copper in color with a very minimal head formation. The head is off-white/light yellow in color and somewhat soapy in appearance. Nose is full of spice and Belgian yeast, some dark fruit. Flavor is off-putting to start, it’s big time spice, like almost pumpkin spice? Cinnamon, nutmeg, Belgian yeast, and dark fruit. Decent carbonation, medium body, and no booziness. Not a very impressive beer, hopefully their other offerings are better than this. Camons (13223) - Hasselager, DENMARK - MAR 17, 2012

Bottle... Hazy dirty-orange ale with a small, creamy, white head. The nose is a medley of golden raisin, clove, ethanol and pear. Smells like an example of a Belgian Ipa. Medium-bodied with soft carbonation. The flavor presents pale malts enhanced by moderate fruity bitterness and spicy Belgian esters and phenols. Minerally, modestly sweet finish. Bottle kindly shared by biggsbowler! Braudog (6833) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUN 30, 2011
Draft at Tapwerks OKC. Nice deep brown-tinted bronze. Moderate lacing. The character is firmly in the cane sugar vein, but this is very drinkable and flat out enjoyable. I dare someone to blind taste test this and guess it’s brewed in Oklahoma! Well done. (#4153, 6/30/2011) jcwattsrugger (12524) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 25, 2011
on tap-pours an offwhite head with trailing lace and hazy orange/brown color. Aroma is spice-clove, banana, wheat. Taste is spice-clove, banana, wheat. djd07 (15543) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAR 15, 2011
On tap at TapWerks OKC. Pours a dark copper with a small white head that diminishes quickly to nothing. The aroma is wheat and yeast. Thin mouthfeel with a dry clove and banana with a lingering dry finihsh. Alcohol present but not overpowering, a good Belgian strong ale from Coop.
