I live in Oklahoma, so I am going to say this is the water of God’s Country. This is just how I like my beer. Grapefruits and pine tress from the West Coast!!! Yummy!!! ^^-__-^^ Rockin with heavy citrus and earthy pine. Just how I love them....light pale malt base. It’s a really smooth malt base with low carbonation. Sweet Baby Jesus. F5 is the force of nature its name would have you suspect. This is a hop bomb brewed in the West Coast way with enough alpha acids to blast your palate into submission. Grapefruit zest and crisp pine - oh yes, there’s lots of bitter, good stuff in here. Some of Oklahoma’s tornadoes have been rumored to be so powerful they’ve stripped the skin off anyone unfortunate enough to be in their way. This F5 is more benevolent. It’ll just strip the enamel off your teeth. dwyerpg (6062) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - SEP 7, 2011
This has a very nice grapefruit aroma. First sip is just a tad fruity but it has a very bitter aftertaste. Overall pretty good stuff. BierGarten wine and spirits (12) - Jenks, Oklahoma, USA - JAN 11, 2011
Um is this beer from Oklahoma!?!?! Seriously!? If you are someone from out of town, trust me this beer is not rated high only because its local it is absolutely amazing.
A- Deep golden color nice floral head.
S- Pine Trees blowing in the wind! Love it! Hops come through in bouquets of aromas. Floral hints spread throughout.
T- Fresh as can be! The hops are so balanced by the malt. Not heavy just smooth and wonderful. Alcohol is present, but very well hidden.
M- Covers the palate wonderfully. Bitterness is balanced out. goes down smooth and easily. light on the tongue.
D- WOW! Why don’t I have this for sale in my store yet?! Can or bottle this please so I can have one every night. I always say that once you have had an F5 your mouth will never forget. Truly an amazing beer and its an IPA! Thanks COOP for this bad boy!

Mercy, this beer LIFTS. 16oz can. Pours a hazed copper color with a white head. Beautiful aromas of juicy tropical fruits coupled with pine trees. Bracingly bitter with a pretty good juicy hop expression as well. Finishes sweet and dry like those candy bar homer stouts. Pretty neate.

This is not for the hop haters out there. Strong, pine aroma and taste. Very stout palate that sticks with you. Despite it's hoppy nature and high alcohol content, a very smooth and easy to drink beer. changeup45 (1731) - Lake Mary, Florida, USA - OCT 24, 2012
UPDATED: OCT 28, 2012 Draft at McNellie’s in Tulsa. I had heard good things about this beer prior to my trip so I was happy to see it on tap. Golden color; served with a decent white head that laced pretty well. Very aromatic, floral, hoppy. Lots of citrusy hop flavors here with orange and pineapple coming to mind. It definitely has a tropical fruit thing going on, which I like. Overall a bit herbal. Going down it’s crisp, clean, and bitter, with a lengthy dry finish. The malt supports but doesn’t get in the way. Very tasty stuff. If the COOP bottles/cans I am bringing back with me are anywhere close to this good then I will be very happy. pablo951 (670) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 11, 2013
UPDATED: NOV 18, 2014 Had it off of a tap, poured a clear amber color and a sweet floral aroma with a light head. The taste has a subtly smooth IPA a flavor, i.e. hoppy. Tasty. PhilJackson80 (531) - Oklahoma, USA - AUG 16, 2013
UPDATED: APR 20, 2014 16oz Can. The beer pours to an amber orange color. The aroma is very citrusy & full of grapefruit notes. The flavor is very bitter with a good malt balance to it. Overall an excellent IPA one of my favorite IPA’s. OKBeerFan (67) - - SEP 25, 2013
WOW!! This is from OKLAHOMA?! Dang this is an awesome IPA. The can I had was only 7 days old. Same can I sent to Steassy66 and BlackIPA. Glad you all enjoyed this beer! I finally got around to reviewing it. Poured nicely into an imperial Nonic glass. Two finger head with beautiful bouquet on the nose. Bitter, but malt balances well. Overall great IPA!
