COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crisp and clean, Horny Toad is a premium blonde ale with a hint of Noble hop bitterness to balance the two-row and pilsner malt body. This refreshing libation is a great introduction to craft beer and COOP Ale Works.

Tall can from a friend. Pours clear golden, white foamy head. Aroma is grass, hay, grainy and light apples. Taste is ... Well not much. Grass and grain, a bit metallic. Much like a bud light. Palate is very light body, medium carbonation. No thanks

Pint can pours a bright yellow with a small white head after an aggressive pour. Aroma of sweet malt a distinct noble hop aroma, clean. Grassy noble hops evident, along with mildly sweet pils malt, out of place bitterness, body is a bit sticky yet flat. Not horrible, but kind of a bastardized Pilsner, with a flat ale body.

"Slight grassy hops in the nose and flavor atop some sweet cereal malts. Refreshing and tasty. Not gonna knock of the top pee beer but definitely in the medals. Thanks, Hannah, for the trade. Drinks like a nice pils."

An okay blonde wheat type beer. Very dry and bitter. You need a glad of water this one. Not much aroma and pours light yellow. Had in Oklahoma ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

No flavor. I would not serve this to my worst enemy!!! The aroma will make you noxious and the hang over from one is outrageous. This is a beer that you have to keep drinking if you don’t want your head to start hurting.

Can shared with the group (early 2012). Pours a crystal clear golden color with a fizzy, medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have grainy malts, bread, grass drying to hay with a splash of lemony citrus. Light, thin and not very exciting.

On tap at the Mule. Pours a near clear straw like yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has is overall mild with draw and earthy grains. Flavor has a touch of grass up front but is mainly full of straw and earthy grains.

Coops answer to bud light. On tap at the mule. Pours cloudy yellow with white head that doesn’t last. Nose is Limey citrus and straw, thin. Taste is like bud light- loads of straw n earth. Blah. Fine for what it is but not a fan of this whole ’channel’ of brews

I avoided this one from COOP for a long, long time for reasons that seemed obvious. I was right. Drop this from your portfolio COOP!
