Weird, this has quite a dry hop bite at the start and in the middle, but the finish is an odd, slightly tinny orange flavor. Hard to say whether I like this or not; need to have again I guess. csaso (2284) - Missouri, USA - JUL 16, 2011
Can - Hazy dark amber color, good amount of hops for an amber ale, overall pretty good RasterMaster (258) - , Oklahoma, USA - JUN 26, 2011
Copper-amber pour into thick beige head that slowly dissipates into heavy melting lacing and a pool of foam. Aroma of spruce hoppiness and lemony citrus with hints of sweet caramel malt. Initial flavor of yeasty biscuit and caramel malt that fades into a bitter hoppy finish. jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 25, 2011
on tap-pours a white head with trailing lace and amber color. Aroma is resin/herbal. Taste is resin/herbal. 3.5

(12oz can thanks to ericandersnavy) clear amber with lasting soapy white bubbles. Nose of rye, candi sugar, rhubarb and oranges. Taste of grapefruit, juicy citrus, nice matching sweetness to balance it all, and a creamy body. Surprised at this one.

16 ounce can. Brown amberish color. White head. Nice hop aroma. Nice hop feel just the right type of bitterness. djd07 (14496) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAR 16, 2011
On tap at Tapwerks OKC. Pours a dark amber with a small frothy white head with good sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is floral hops and citrus. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet malt and carmel with a nice crisp finish. Easy to drink, a very good amber from Coop. alexsdad06 (10400) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 12, 2011
16 oz. can from WesKBob. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a small bubbly off white head. The aroma has a mild hoppiness, sweet malts; pretty basic for the style. The flavor has decent hop bitterness, slightly syrupy, caramel malt. Not much more than a session beer, but decent for the style. 16oz Can .. . Pours a tan brown, medium foam, good lacing .. . simple flavours of bread, light honey and gris .. . i could drinking this every now and again if i had to but a session at most .. Hey how are ya!?! Hey how are ya!?! CH47 (27) - Kansas, USA - JAN 17, 2011
Great head with plenty of lacing, retention is very good as well. Beautiful amber color. Aroma shows many layers of grain not much hops though. First taste brings little bubbles followed with rich grainy malt. The hops do finally show up for the party in the finish. I’m more of an hops guy but think these guys did a great job on the malt.
