COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Pours a cloudy amber with very lively carbonation and a white head. Aroma has some yeast, orange, soap and woody notes. Taste is watery, with some sweetness and a slight bitter weak finish. An extra mark for being unfiltered, but shame about the rest. Pretty poor stuff - much better beer than this to export surely!

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2016 Aroma of fruit and yeast. Some moderate citrus notes and mild malty, honey-like sweetness. It is nice and fresh, especially in the summer.

20 Sep 2016. From Saveur-Biere. In Teku glass. Efervescent, sparkling, but not much bothering. Nose and mouth profile that reminds a lager. Some lemony and floral notes

Light golden pale color with nice fluffy foam, good head retention and lacing. Fuity aroma, banana and lemon, alcohol, a bit metalic similar to a lager. Flavor of malt, sweet honey like, with a slighty bitter dry finish. Medium carbonation, medium to light body with a long lasting bitter/malty aftertaste. Not very pleasent, couldnt even finish it.

Banana and stone fruit aromas. Mild sweet and bitterness. Cloudy pale gold colour, no lasting head. Very short but clean finish, leaves feeling fresh. A good daytime beer. Cheaper than most craft pales and better than some too.

Nice and fresh beer. Smooth, sessionable. Not too deep, hints of grain, lots of carbonation. Fresh and smooth, hints of grain, nice!
