COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Uma pale Ale refrescante, de sabor leve e cor dourada turva. Aroma agradável e sabor marcante com leve amargor em seu final.

jredmond (8839) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 3, 2017
Many drafts and bottles throughout Sydney. Pours a super hazy orange body with thin white lacing. Nose is wheat, slight spice and muted citrus hop. The palate has much more bready malt character coming through with some additional spices as well.

smaynard6000 (1266) - Apopka, Florida, USA - FEB 10, 2017
Light golden in color with minimal white head. Faint fruity aroma. Mostly sweet flavor with grain notes. Light bodied with thin texture and lingering earthy notes. Mediocre.

kdd230 (97) - Carshalton, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 2, 2017
375 ml. bottle in Mae Kasa, Thailand. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a fluffy white head that soon dissipates. Aroma of malt and grain. Slight citrus note with a tart and bitter finish on the taste. An eminently drinkable ale but unremarkable.

2.4
Bamsen78 (5616) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - FEB 1, 2017
Bottle, 6 months past the BBD. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with touches of hops. Dusty and bitter flavour of hops, with some grainy and estery notes and malty touches. Dusty and bitter aftertaste. Nothing special, to put it mildly.

Luneylane (265) - Taipei City, TAIWAN - FEB 1, 2017
A bottle from Jason’s in Guting, drunk at home. Aroma: grassy, a bit sour. Appearance: opaque, amber, minimal lacing. Palate: light-bodied, rather thin texture, soft carbonation, finish is noticably bitter. Taste: lightly bitter. Decent, nothing special.

danjs5 (357) - AUSTRALIA - JAN 25, 2017
UPDATED: JAN 25, 2017 Cloudy pale straw pour. Grassy water cres aroma, almost dank. Gassy sweetness upfront. Some light hops and bitterness. Fairly understated with sweet subtle citris and earthy flavours. No discernable malts. Possibly some grain coming through? Thin body and short to medium palate, but fairly pleasant. The original example of an Australian pale ale, however things have progressed since conception. Yeast in bottle brew concept has spread, however this almost seems like a relic of Australian history, if you believe the latest media marketing campaign. Inoffensive but too mild overall. Still a family owned brewing company.

2.7
Nevalainen (858) - FINLAND - JAN 21, 2017
Hazy pale color with airy white head. Aroma is fruity, light hoppy. Taste is little hoppy, with notes of caramel. A bit boring, but anyway refreshing beer.

375ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, white head. Grainy, strawy aroma. Taste is dry, moderately bitter hoppy, slightly strawy, grassy, a cautious touch of chlorophyll and lemon; monotonous, watery.
