COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Excellent taste and finish. Difficult to locate, but worth the trouble to do so.

An excellent ale and a fine example of the Coopers brewing abilities. When bottled a nice yeast residue is left and when mixed throughout the bottle a nice body and flavour is found. When served on tap, the pub's lines and how they are cleaned can change the falvour. Not quite as bitter as the bottle variety of pale ale but it is definately unsurpassable for its smoothness and robust taste. Definately worth trying.

Easy to drink, not too yeasty... for people who actually know something about beer.

Re rate Oct 2001; cellered 10 months, better than fresh. The sweetness is perfect, fruity oakness is deep and clean. Creamy head from start to finish.Cloudy with a light change. Beautiful fruity ale. Hints of pineapple and cherry. Complex flavour is clean and full. Woodiness is strong but not too raspy. Suffers occasional batch inconsistancies: best on tap or best in longneck 750mls. Encore.

This is what Bass should taste like (i.e. probably what it tasted like in the good old Victorian era.)

My favourite beer at the moment :-) Beconoming more and more popular here in Australia for the low preservatives & best after date. Seems asthough you guys in the US don’t like it too much...you need to get it on tap.

One of favourite beers. Very hard to get in Fiji, and very expensive if you do find it.
